Very nice! My husband does the ancestry research thing too, I should do this for him. Love yours!
This looks wonderful. I'd like to make one but how do you work out when there have been 2nd marriages? & step-children.
Thank you ...not sure how you would go with that one, maybe someone will come up with an idea on how to go about it...*4U
Glenda my dear - this is lovely work - so many hours and I am happy for you - that you decided to make one for you. Where did you get the design from?
Thanks Shirlene, the designs is Veronika's Family Tree from Amazing..
with a few changes. I used Embirds Alpha 22 on this one as I thought it was finer and more like handwriting..on Claudia's (my sister) I used Embird 11 which was a bit heavier...Hugs x0x0x
What a great keepsake for your family -looks terrific. Well done, especially all that re-hooping!
You can be sure your family will treasure this for many years. Great job.
Beautiful! Lots of Love (and work). I made one myself a few years ago, as a wall hanging to cover up our Electric breaker box. maybe I should post it to show. Yours looks more formal, framed though. It looks much nicer than mine.Love it!Congradulations on a very good job.Toogie
Very very nice indeed. I've done this by hand but I have a feeling that was easier than all of the hoopings! (I would never have got everything straight and lined up)
Thank you so much Sue , it was time consuming making sure they all lined up and when I look closely now I see a few places I missed, but I am probably the only one that will notice...
