I love them both!!!
I would like to know how to do that origami bag. I do not find one pattern like this in the web yet...
And I love your fabrics too.
These are really beautiful little pocket purses! Just simply elegant. Seems like they would be nice for taking to the prom. Nice job!
These bags look great. Can you advise where to get the instructions to make them pleae?
This does look like a variation on the original drawstring 'Origami Bag'. One link is http://www.quiltcetera.com/Tutori... If anyone does have a link to the bag shown by Lyn, please us know - I'm sure several people will be interested. Thank you.
These bags are nifty, ideal for handling sewing tools, threads and much taken to sewing classes. If there was a pattern available different colors for different catagories would make identification of where to look for what tool a snap.
ewwwwwwwww these are awesome I would love the pattern Any chance you can give me some information on it, where you got it hopefully on-line?or somewhere I can get it? TIA, they both turned out sew well! you must be pleased!
Can you please tell us where the pattern came from. They are cute, thank you for showing us. Iva
A friend gave me a rough copy of this pattern and I have adapted it to what I have in the photo. Lyn
These are lovely little bags! I would love to know how to make them or where to find the pattern! Love your fabric choices!
Very nice work Lyn, I can see how these would make a nice small shoulder bag - even for a prom - with the right fabric.
Gone past the Prom days Shirlene. Think they would be beautiful in some type of Satin or Velvet fabric. Lyn
I don't understand how these are made. Is there a pattern and do they have a name?
Bev
Beautiful work and I love the fabulous fabrics and buttons!!

Fabric I have bought from USA and I have bulk buttons, but it is so hard to find two the same. The larger button of the two on the purple only has a groove, so I had to find a smaller one to fit inside it. Lyn
