This is a wall hanging I made for my daughter for her very first house. It is all hand quilted with a central floral design and quilted feathers surrounding that with cross hatching finishing out the balance of the quilt.

Beautiful work, Jrob!! If this was for the daughter that gave you Luke, I'd say it was a fair trade, hee hee hee. She's worth it. Very very lovely, and love in every stitch. Marji

Beautiful and a treasure for your daughter. It is a pitty that we all live somewhere else, I'm sure we could learn a lot from eachother. But with this site we can learn a lot too :-)

Thank you Loretta. She "commissioned" the colors, but did let me choose the fabric. ;)

How can we sign up for classes?

jrob by jrob 13 Mar 2008

Thank you shirlene! I wish we could get together, how fast can you get to Georgia, I'll have the fabric ready.;)

shirlener88 by shirlener88 14 Mar 2008

I guess it would depend on the flights - Hehehe! Don't all flights go to GA? I used to babysit a little girl and when she started noticing airplanes - she would say, "Where going Grammy?" I would say, "Airplane going to GA!" She would love and from that day on she would say, "Grammy airplane going to GA?" It was so cute.

jrob by jrob 14 Mar 2008

That is cute, and yes, I DO believe almost all airplances to to GA. Atlanta is the gateway to most everything. Let me know that flight number and I'll be looking for you.

OK - but I have to tell you - that when I moved to NC from UT - in 2000 - the first time that I was able to get back to UT was in 2007. Now I live in UT - don't know that I will get back south for a bit. Hehehe! But you will be the first that I call.
