Hoop tear away stabilizer, place felt inside hoop, sew all design but last out line, stop, place ribbon for hanging, use tap to hold in place, place another piece of felt under hoop and sew last outline. Thank you sewmom for converting this design for us. I didn't design legs for the frog but you could cut out felt shapes or use ribbons. I was going to put eye lashes but didn't have the room for them to look nice.

put the felt on top and then sew the last outline. Then turn right sides out and stuff.

strange, wish i could help but i can't see anything but SEW format. Do you think maybe because the eyes are filled with a big satin stitch and it's not showing up?
