I just wanted to add that years ago I went to a quilt class and it was the most scaryist thing I couldn't get anything Right so I went home in tears.. :-(
Then I decided to do what I wanted to do and if I did it wrong then "tuff" so I taught myself..like this ..I got a picture had it photocopied to the size I wanted.Traced it onto Iron on..cut out the sections..chose fabric to fit the picture and used the Applique stitch on my machine to sew it back together onto calico ..then wadding and baking fabric and you have done it...Have a go you never know..and it coud be addictive...Dianne

Dianne, I hope you don't mind I saved a picture of this in my quilt files - but I just couldn't sit on it - I sent it to a friend to show her what you had done and she wants to have her daughter write to you - is there a way that we can do that - my email is on AOL the same as here.
