hoop stabilizer and place a piece of felt inside your hoop, sew all of the design but last outline, take your hoop out of your machine and place another piece of felt under your hoop and place back in machine, sew last outline, take out of hoop and trim and cut hole for scissors, be careful not to cut all the way to the back piece of felt.
