hoop stabilizer and sew all but last outline and hole. Slip another piece of felt under your hoop for the back of the tag, the sew the last outline and hole. If you don't want a back on it then just sew out all of the design. You can add a name with emboridery or pen, marker. 4 formats, 2 pes sizes. Thank you sewmom for converting these designs.
