hoop stabilizer and felt, sew all of the design but last outline, slip another piece of felt uner hoop and stitch last outline. trim and had ribbon. Thank you sewmom for the pes. The last outline is in another color but use same as befor.

thank you so much, instead of making it a scissors holder, I skipped the final sew out and used it as a fast and easy applique. worked wonderful, any more ideas?
