this towel topper is a filled design. This design is just sewn on the corner of your tea towel. Hoop stabilizer and tea towel but put the towel top corner at the top of your hoop.I put a picture of it in the hoop ( sorry for the poor photo ) There is a small button hole in the blueberry, its hard to see but its there..lol Thank you sewmom for the pes.
