My hubby says this all the time. I have downloaded it 3 times and it isn't showing up in my designs, I don't understand why but this happens now and then with some designs. Sometimes it will even ask if I want to replace the same file and it still can't be found!
Just downloaded it in sew format then went to convert it and the program said it is too big to convert. I give up.

sometimes the pes is bigger but i can make the sew smaller for you to convert to pes and that should work.

there are 2 sizes for pes you can convert too and i think one is bigger then the other, can you try to convert it to the bigger one or is your hoop 4x4

the pes is bigger,,, the sew format is smaller, You could reformat for sew and use that one
