made these tags for my daughter for her rugby bag. This is the designs for the tag. You have to put your name or designs on it. Hoop a piece of stablizer, sew first outline,place felt over outline, sew next outline, sew your name/design, slip another piece of felt under hoop and sew last outline and hole
