These are from Ace Points. I find it hard to get them perfect as I would like them... I noitce sitches that have not been caught in final satin stitch out.

I used 2 layers of the corect stuff....will do some more and practice some more...I am a hard task master on myself...They are pretty none the less...

If I'm having a wobbling problem, I just dampen my fabric and pin it in the shape I want it be and it will dry straight. Saying that, I don't see a problem with your project....it's lovely.;)

thank you, I don't mind the left one, but the one on the right, not sure if the bottom of it should look like that...I will re-check the design out. thanks for the great tip, I certainly will be using the pins to correct the out come...

These r beautiful. U do know don't u that we are our own worst critics. We find errors no else sees. I realize this because I have a daughter that everything absolutely has to b perfect or it's unacceptable & this has caused her a lot of grief & I know a lot of grey hairs. *

Well then, that is exactly how I feel...everything has to be perfect. But you know what I have recently learned there was ever only ONE perfect thing/person on earth and that was Jesus so now I do try to be only secong perfect so to speak. And I know I will not perform to a perfect level... but I do try very hard... now I know where my SILVER hairs came from.....hehehehe....

They are lovely! I've made a lot of bobbin lace in the past and learned a trick or two to keep lace in shape before stiffening. Now I pin machine lace along the outline on a slab of polyurethane rinsing it and letting it dry in shape. That prevents wobbly edges.

thanks Martine, I will keep that in mind, a good idea. I hate the wobbly edges.

Kerry, these are lovely and you did a great job - do as Beth suggested and you can always go over it - with a second stitching - on your machine - before you rinse it - if you find the stitches missing in the same general area with a specific bookmark or send an email to Ace Points and ask for direction to what to do. I love them - *4U

They are pretty - check your needle(I was told to use the smallest needle that you can to do the job), and make sure that the WSS is tight in the hoop. Did you use linen as the fabric? Nice designs. **

yes I used a fine linen. I also used a 70 needle..I will do more of these as I do like the designs, have about 7 or so more similar. Thanks
