Love both these and the sock bags! I am not so smart & need a pattern! Did you have a pattern or is this one of your own?

I had a pattern. Given to me by my ex-forelady(89 years old) But you could cut one yourself. Using a wooden coat hanger ( child one or and adult one will do - cut back 1/2 inch either side of the hook.-childs doesn't need cutting ) 11 inch from the hook on the fold and 10 inch from the end of the hanger, shape 2 inches in from the end of the hanger ( for the round part 3 1/2 inches to the centre. total length of the piece is 22 1/2 ".the flap in the centre is around 7 " allow for seams and a small hem. Shape it to the shape of the wooden hanger . I did a roll hem for the "neckline" do that before sewing from the centre of the hook ( allow 1/4" openening for the hook ) and then sew from the hook to the folded end- then do the other side. Don't forget to place the flap over to the edge of the top , then you turn it inside out and place the wooden hanger inside before the hook. Hope that you can understand the instructions

Thank you! Printed off the instructions..now see if I can do it! Love the sock idea. Unfortunately, not many people hang out clothes anymore! Love that fresh smell, BUT not the pollen that seems to cover everything here in East Tennessee!!
