This blouse came from Goodwill...I just knew it would be cute as another dress. I'm not sure where I got the design...it was a freebie though...and sure stitched out nice! I love these little dresses!

I'm using a Simplicity pattern for the yoke and sleeve pieces...but the rest, I just do! I just start cutting into the shirt and then start sewing.
