It would be easy enough, BUT would have to be at least 4.19" to fit the snowflakes - I tried it out.

I'm so happy this came to the top again. I need to do name badges for my church and this will be very useful. Thank you!

Just getting ready to leave for home and checked to see if it was here. I just can't thank you enough. It will be great. Good tip about the thread. I always just use one kind...no wonder my stitches are not strong enough on a satin stitch. I will let you know how the memory patches come out. Have a wonderful day.

You don't have to use a thicker thread for satin stitch, but over the edge of a badge it might give a better cover. Try it out and see for yourself which you prefer.
