this is a part of round piece of sponge-cloth ,in the middle you can attach a baby comforter.they can cuddle with it.( hope you understand what I mean.)I embroidered this cute bear for a little baby girl.

I think this is like a big pillow for the baby to sleep on if not put in there cot for a nap. A dummy (comforter)can be attached to the Middle or to the side of pillow (Mini bed) so that the baby can hold onto it .

I hope this is what Gerry was trying to say
