Muffs are usually things you put your hands in to keep them warm, ear muffs fit over your ears to keep them warm, so a foot muff is something to put your feet in to keep them warm! It fits over the foot end of her car seat, it's elasticated underneath and has two loops of elastic at each side at the top which loop over a couple of handy buttons on the seat (the seat is like the first one on this page http://www.childcarseats.org.uk/t... - they're required by law in the UK)
