This is a portion of a gift that I am doing for my younger sister. She collects teapots and cups, and has the ladies over for tea quite often. This is the doily for the tea pot. I will post what it looks like with the teapot and tray. The design came from Emblibrary, and is in their FSL sets.

This is even prettier than I thought it was. The close-up helps to show me what a wonderful gift your sister is getting. *4u

Oh Beth, now I see this stitched up - I just have to do this one - I have a set - called English Tea Set - might this be it? Nonetheless - I have a doily this size and I could use it - if it isn't the same - no matter what - I love it in the varigated thread. Great job!

Yes - you are right - it is the English Tea Set. I thought the varigated threat turned out well for this one. I was afraid that it would come out stripped. LOL

Oh - now for an English Tea Set - that wouldn't have work, either! Hehehe!

it is really nice and full of color, very good choice with the varigated thread. How big is the doily?
