I had scraps of materials and weavers cloths from previous projects, and decided that I would make a kitchen towel. I serged the sides and top of the material to make the towel. Put a ruffle from scrap of lady bug print material. I picked the lady bug applique and modified it so that there were 3 in the design (I learned a lesson with this one), and put the towel together from just scraps of material, and even used up scraps of embroidery threads. Cost nothing, and a cute towel for my kitchen.

Beth, what is "weavers cloth"? I have looked for towls just like this! Some designs, even with a water soluble topper, don't do well on high pile dish cloths... you know? This sure came out beautifully!

This is a product that can be used for punch needle, but was just right for what we were doing at the time. I know that I probably purchased it at the Walmart, but with the help that they have there now they would not know what it was at all. It is similar to a muslin. I do not have many fabric stores really close to me, so I know that Joann's carries it, as does some of the Walmarts. Hope you can find it Sweetie. Try Google if all else fails.
