I understand exactly how you feel, when you need to be in the mood. Sometimes I have to make myself finish bus trip gifts, for my niece. I’m not always in the mood to make something I have made over and over.

Very nice! I like the top picture the best! You are so creative and you do such beautiful work! You always stitch with love and from your heart.

I'm in the middle of cutting out a colourwash heart shaped lap quilt for Mum's 90th in January. Stinking hot here today, so the air conditioner is working well. Love Chris

I get so hot quilting even with the AC on. I guess bc I’m half way wrapped in it to quilt-lol
I want to see ‘Mum’s’ quilt when you’re finished. My 95 year old brother in law went into a nursing home a couple months ago. He was getting dementia and couldn’t live alone anymore, but is adjusting well now.

Now that is what is called creative. Beautiful finish work. Congratulations and thank you for sharing.

Your top looks beautiful in its simplicity, as far as making a quilt could ever be simple. I love the colours you used.
