Birthday card for my oldest granddaughter - the budding ballerina. It was stitched with mostly metallic thread. The design is from Urban Threads.

The machine was behaving and I really haven't had that much trouble with metallic. I do, however use two separate thread stands about a foot apart and 6 inches from the machine to allow the thread to "relax" and un-kink. So far that's done the job.
