I’ve update them. Thanks so much to Kim for your help. Love CHRIS
UPDATE: I made a small one and finished the others a bit larger as per the original ones. I decided to keep 2 layers of crystal organza. Love Chris
They are beautiful, love the colour. Can wait to see what else you do for your luncheon.. Hugs Lynn.
Thanks Lynn, only have 6 more to do. We're moving all the furniture from room to room at the moment and the place looks like a bomb has hit it. Never mind, come Saturday we'll have a lot taken away to Mum's place as she wants one of our lounge suites. Love Chris
Very Pretty. You are just getting out of winter and our stores are just putting out Christmas decorations. Its only Sept. Anyway love them with the glitter organza.
Hi Lily, thank you. I was in our department store David Jones on Friday 1st September and they were putting up Christmas decorations. I said "Oh! my goodness, this is just way too early to be doing this" - they just smiled and said it's what they were told to do. I don't think we need anything like that put up till at least late October. It's just getting too commercial for my liking. Love Chris
Yep! They are gorgeous! Thanks for the extra info about how you made them. The little extra sparkle really enhances them. You come up with the best ideas! I'm anxious to see what you do next and your finished table setting!
Thanks so much Penny, it's always a mystery to me as well what I come up with. Thanks to all those fabulous digitisers I get to have lots of fun! Love Chris
Very nicely done! You are going to have a lovely luncheon!
Beautifully done, Chris...love the sparkly organza~
Hi Kim, thanks for the lovely comment. They are for Applique and FSL! Love Chris
Chis, these are just magic.and beautifully made, well done . I am sure your ladies will cherish these wonderful gifts from you. Sandra.
Hi Sandra, thanks for this lovely message. There are no instructions for making them applique, so I just added the crystal organza as the backing as you would a stabiliser and placed the WSS on top. Then I had to carefully cut the organza away as close as I could because normally there is a step you do to tackle that. They didn't turn out too bad though! Love Chris
Wow they are beautiful! I might just have to go and have a look for these. Something a little different from the snowflakes and angels I give at Christmas
Thanks Sewmum1, I love the way they have done them on the website, but I decided to use the Crystal Organza, it's a bit lighter. I still put a layer of WSS on it, just to give it a bit of stiffness. Love Chris
