299557If you undo it, you'll have to unpick it as well to get rid of the puckering. Maybe just making another one using a fusible fleece stabilizer and put it over this one like a slip cover?

a very good idea, I did use fusible on the back of this one so I must need 2 layers, plus I used wss on top. I think this is the best idea I am not having much luck picking the stitches out
