Wow! This is a great design, but it's your stitchout that makes me say wow. I never would have thought to put a pattern behind the design, and that makes this look awesome. Thanks for sharing your creative work!
I certainly don't buy many designs anymore, but Kara's work is so very unique and I do splurge on them occasionally! Loved this set, too! Great choice of fabrics and the stitchout you did is beautiful! Thanks for sharing....
Wow. So beautiful and your fabric really makes it stand out even more.

Exquisite! A perfect choice of fabric to use with this design. Sometimes an unexpected choice of colors or fabrics result in such unique outcomes.
Beautiful Owl! Nice work too!! I can see why you adore her designs.
What a magnificent owl and so beautifully sewn. I just love him Vicki
This looks fabulous Vicki, I bought this design set too and am in love with this style of embroidery. Can't wait to try them on something for me. Love Chris
Hi basketkase, I think your Owl looks rather Majestic and Proud. I just love the overall look of him.
Thankyou so much for sharing him with us Cuties.

I will purchase this set someday LOL. I really liked them and thought they would look great on a batik type of fabric as well. Your stripes look really great also. Thanks for sharing. Lyn
Yes , I love her designs also. I think they are true Art format! Kay
Lovely...I love Kara's designs as well...I love the sketchy subtitles that she sometimes incorporates in her designs...love the stripe fabric underneath..it really adds dimension to the whole piece...
Nice owl but I don't like the lines going no where. To me it looks like a mistake. But everyone has different tastes. If we all liked the same thing it would be a boring old world.
I totally agree, it is our differences that make us unique....I myself really like the sketchy look........to me it looks more organic with movement...
You could use your software to remove those lines if they are not to your liking
