Just got back inside ,after trying to catch a Rainbow Lorikeet that got stuck in our dogs fur. Its winter here so she has plenty of fur & she was frightened .We didn't catch the bird even though it couldn't fly ,it climbed up a tree & another Rainbow Lorikeet was sitting next to it ,so we left them be.
Don't know what happened to it ,but I know Cassie has an alibi because she was sleeping next to me inside for the last hour.The Currawongs think it is spring & are carrying on in the trees, so they might be guilty .

did not what a Rainbow Lorikeet looked like. So I searched on google....what a beautiful bird !! hope the burd will be okay....what kind of dog do you have?
We haven't come found any sign of the bird today, so hopefully it recovered & flew away.We call them the green monsters because the are loud cheeky & very bossy.
