Linda where are you staying in London as its a big place. Mooie lives in south London. Libertys on Regent Street is worth a visit. John Lewis on Oxford Street used to have lots of fabric but its along time since I visited. I am trying to remember the names of some of the fabric shops at the around the back of Oxford Street, but again its many years since I visited. I will put my thinking hat on and get back to you. Borovicks was the name I was thinking of and Berwick Street

The training center is in the neighbour of covent garden, ly hotel is in shepherds bush. But maybe that's not so important, I know the public transport is quite good

Not well up on Shepherds Bush but Covent Garden is great. Don't deciede to walk up the steps at the underground or it will take ages and you will be too tired todo anything else. It doesn't take long to walk from Covent Garden to Oxford Street
