Spent the best part of yesterday evening and this morning trying to finish up the quilt from "hell.o". It is not flat and the bottom border could probably be cut by 4+ inches and still fit the quilt. Starched, starched and going to go out and retry!!!
Why is it that adults can be so hurtful. At our guild meeting today, I heard a comment that just wasn't very nice and now I am regretting even going. Rude and snide comments were bad enough as a child but I'm 55 now and can't believe this! Kind of b

Was wondering if anyone has used the puffy foam under any of their embroidery designs. I found a pack that I bought quite some years ago and haven't tried it yet. Imagine that! LOL Any suggestions as to which designs work best or do I just avoid it!
Question, What does everyone use to clean the body of their sewing machines? I know that the one shop I take my machine too cleans them up nice and they feel so smooth. I own various machines but my embroidery machines are Viking.
Well, my son's wedding is over and it was a gorgeous day! We had some light showers to start but took shelter under the pines. By the time the wedding started the showers had stopped. I did not make my dress, I was able to find a wonderful purple dres
Today we had my FIL memorial service. It was a very nice service. We also interred his ashes and my MILs before the memorial. They were probably beaming down on us because the whole family was there- 4 kids and spouses, 9 grands and 16 greatgrands! Fa
