About me:I started doing machine embroidery to pass the time while I cared for my mother. I either put the embroidery on clothes and linens for either our use or to give to friends and relatives for gifts. Gradually, I started getting request for embroidered items from other people. I got a business license and started to sell a lot of my items. I really enjoy the lovely designs I get from others and I thank everyone who donates designs. I am on a low income so it is hard to purchase them, so my subscriptions to a few embroidery sites really works well for me. I plan to send more of my projects to you and hope others will find them useful. I see where birthdays should be submitted also. Mine is December 15th. My fifth great-grandbaby was born June 2nd. She was named Ava Helene. I am so happy that my name will carry on in the family. It sure keeps me busy embroidering on blankets and clothes for them. None of them live near Florida so I have to rely on Photos over the internet to watch them grow. My sixth great-grandbaby, Adam, was born in November. And now I have the seventh one on the way sometime in April. I keep so busy making baby gifts for them that there is not much time left to embroider for myself or for business orders. That is fine with me as I am happy and proud of each one of them. My Mother turned 95 on Jan. 18th and is doing really well. Has some short term memory loss but she still gets around the house and does little chores to keep herself mobile. Three of my great-grandbabies were here for the Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays. My relatives, friends and doctors loved the gifts I embroidered for them. Now maybe I can start trying some of the beautiful new designs I downloaded to decorate some items for myself.
