THE GUITAR
Beautiful Lady
Here it is ! I can see I should have gone a fraction to the left, as the petals at the bottom don't join to the leaves. But after all the aggro., I am not going to lose any sleep over an eighth of an inch !! The finished size is roughly eight and a half
To all you lovely ladies who wished me a happy birthday yesterday, my thanks to you all. It was a great birthday, my 80th, and I had so many messages I will be on here forever answering them ! So I hope you will all accept this, my grateful thanks XX
Made quite a few of these, in six inch hoops, but told that they are 'old fashioned' and won't sell!!
Design from Urban Threads, almost 43,000 stitches and two and a half hours stitching !! But worth it all !!
The fourth one, think I will have a rest now !!
This is Urban Threads design. I put this on my son's computer cover this morning, just under two hours work.
Does anyone recognise this design and can tell me where I got it from? Not the wording, I put that on after I embroidered the owl. Can't find it, and would like to get it again.
Birthday card using the same fsl flowers that I put on the hoop.
The design is from Kara Kreations, 42,732 stitches, 124 minutes. I used faux suede, and will turn it into a cushion
This is number 8, I think I am hooked !!!
Everyone seems to be making owls, here's my efforts.
Here's the first part of the split design from Kara's Kreations, I am afraid to take it out of the hoop, I really haven't a clue how to join the next piece on !! I know there are marks in red, and the next part starts on the top mark, but I can't thin
I gave this one to my cousin who wanted it for his wife, but he insisted on giving me something for it because he knew how much work went into it. So I am now the proud owner of one of those mini irons, the sort you can use inside the hoop!
