Hello, I have just looked at my cutie design of the rabbit and I also only found one side of the design(5x7) and 2 photos. It looks like she cut the ear in a piece of felt.
But I also have found those cutie mini-bag the shape of a rabbit ( among a bear, a monkey, a bird and a frog) where the ear were made separately. Its number was "cuties4421084". I desesperately try to download its photo but it's not working. Good Luck.

I am still checking through my saved cutie designs and found two sizes of long ears which may be the ears for the rabbit, I also found smaller round ears and a rabbit's face. The designs have only design by cutie and a design number,, G
Lee's instructions were:
I made my bunny ears and tail from felt. Sew all of the design and stop before the last outline. Tape ears in place. Place another piece of fabric over the front of the bunny and then sew the last outline. Make your tail and sew it onto the back end of your bunny. Stuff and sew up hole.
Hugs Lee

That's how I did it, except I made the ears first and and then pinned them out of the way.
I used to save all the instructions and photos...lots of work.

This is exactly how I did it but your back of bunny has no eye, nose or other feet unless you mirror the design and then sew them together. You would still just have the two feet. I pm-ed smithandsmith but she hasn't answered yet.
At the time, only the instructions in quotes were given. Someone else had one in projects at the time but I cannot find it for you. I was hoping there would be a discussion there.
Right, I remember doing Sue's elephant. This way the bunny only has half a face, too.
The elephant is a great piece. I made 2 - still not quite finished though! Lol! I will find them and finish them. Were there any others like the elephant?
I have this design also without ears, I have an elephant with flowers also, it has ears with flowers embroidered on them.
Hi Toogie, I have not made the bunny and only went to look at the design when you said you said you did not have ears with your design. I have been looking through other designs I have and I may have ears that might fit. G
I have many of her designs but not the bunny design. What I found instead is an ear design named Turtle ears, maybe these are the ears you are looking for. Maybe you got them too. By the way, the turtle design is a lovely pincushion.
Hugs, Lidia
I don't think I got the turtle pincushion, nor the ears for it. I must have missed that one.
Thanks Lidiad I have the turtle but I looked really hard late last night and didn't find any ears. I will have to try like toogie did and find 'other ' ears to put on. Hope I can be as resourceful and clever as Toogie .
I LOVE Lee-Anne's designs. I had to go searching to find mine that I downloaded that long ago. Mine didn't come with ears either. How the heck did this happen? DId I somehow miss that part of lit?! LOL, possible. Anyway your bunny is ADORABLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yeah I LOVED all of Lee-Annes designs and have made many of time. You did amazingly GREAT toogie ! I just have to try find ears. LOL.
Toogie, it could be given to a little one who is blind in one eye especially If you add an eye patch, either black or a colorful one. Sometimes what we think is a mistake is someone else's ideal.
oh bless totally cute xx you did a great job xx
Thanks, I just loved this from the beginning, but had completely forgot about the design. I'm trying to find something suitable/huggable for little boys, chairty work. I think this would be cute for them, in gray or a brown fleece, so it wouldn't look Easter-y.
This is soooo cute :) love it...specially the ears!!!
Where can I get this pattern??
I would love to make one just like yours toogie....awesome work!!
Thank you for sharing :)
Toogie the front looks great love how you improvised ears, maybe it is one of the soft toys at has a plush front and a fabric back I have seen a few on pintrest. You could do Sue's idea about mirror imaging if it bothers you.. it's sure to be loved either way. Marian.. P.S I haven't tried mine out yet
I like your idea about the fabric back. I had thought about imaging, only AFTER the work was complete.
I have it as well. You really need to stitch the design twice and add the first one as the back when you stitch the last colour of the second one. Don't forget to mirror one of them! It did come with ears, but I love yours - it is a real lop eared bunny!
BTW it still has two legs. Perhaps I will work on a rabbit made by the same method as that elephant you had fun with.
I did think about mirroring to see how that would do,but would still have the 2 legs,as you said. It is so cute, but maybe doing a fabric back like Marian suggested would look okay, better.
