Yet another ITH zipped purse, but this time with a big difference. I was inspired by those zips with fancy tapes which are designed to be stitched on the outside of a garment (and which cost an arm and a leg!) In this purse the zip is added to the material, rather than the other way round, and the tapes decorated with fancy stitching.

Still fully lined with no raw edges!

Your little zipped purse looks great! I like the decorative edge around the zipper. And, your fabric is lovely with its stars and "moons" ;)
Thanks for including the link too!

Great idea to do it this way. The decorative stitch is just as nice as those fancy tapes, if not better!

Looks great. I like the decorative stitching. I cannot wait until the designers put dress zippers back under the material. Someone has a very nice dress on, then turns and you see silver metal zipper!

This isn't a fancy zip! It is an ordinary one with fancy stitching. The posh ones cost an arm and a leg!

I ordered a normal endless zip amongst other things last week and noticed the firm has fancy ones as well at low cost, and as it is EU there are no added custom duties. Their service is excellent.
