I got these from a cutie 'dollygk' other than that I'm not too knowledgeable about these,sorry. I sure some one else will be along shortly who can answer this better.
I thought maybe there was a site for these since DBC is still in maintance

I have these too. Tell me how much WSS did you use? One or two layers. I haven't tried them because my last FSL was a disaster. It wasn't this design, was an angel.

I used the sticky backed paper inside the hoop and depending on the stitch count was how I determined the wss. The higher the stitch count the more I added. My first attempts weren't pretty. I also pinned and used a basting stitch to hold the thin stable. If someone else has a better way I'm open to hear it.

Thank you, Cate is my little 6 year old friend and she asked her grammie to send her some snow last year. (Midwest to So. Cal) So grammie and I have cooked up a little surprise for her. Grammie is going to visit and take these with her as well as some snowflakes and when the right time occurs...surprise!
