It's easy to knit, my mom's best friend taught me when I was 13 years old. The net has all kinds of youtubes for tuts too :)

Oh Carolyn, I'm not sure if I can get the purple ruffle yarn, I found that last year and I haven't seen it this year yet...

I knit mine, I'll look and see if there's a pattern.
I cast on 5 or 6 stitches and knit until the yarn is done, only needs one ball of yarn :)
