Nov -2 -2014 Dear Cuties, I am very sorry for all those that knew Deb (lenova) -- I got word tonight that she has passed on.
I am very sad as she was a wonderful person and a loving Cutie! She had so much strength and courage fighting the cancer and enduring the pain. She tried to laugh even in pain. I am thankful I was able to speak with her on the phone several times before she passed on.

Please what is a 'guestbook' as its not something I have heard of? C from the UK and a very rural bit at that
A guestbook in this case is probably electronic over the internet, but the old-timey kind was an actual book at the funeral home or at the funeral where you wrote memoires of their beloved one who had died and messages of love for the family to read and treasure later.

My prayers go out for her sons and her parents and her friends here. I know that they are having a time with this. It is so difficult to watch those you love suffer for so long and so hard. I pray that it quickly comes to their minds, the good and happy times that they spent with her.

I am so very sad, and yet relieved, to hear this news. Debra encouraged all of us, and inspired us and was so brave as she lived her life. She was in so much pain, which made us all feel badly. When her husband died, I didn't know how she would be able to keep fighting, but she did. She was incredibly strong. She loved with such a pure, sweet heart. We are going to be missing her here. But, yet, we know she is finally out of pain, in her husband's arms, and rejoicing in Heaven with her Lord. She truly won the battle, she never gave up and lived her life, every day with a strength we can only hope to have. Debra, good for you! Surely all those angels are happy to see you!

I never knew Deb personally, only from her postings here on Cute, but even from those, she obviously had a very warm heart and courageous spirit which has been a wonderful inspiration for many. She will be sadly missed.

Thank you for posting this as I would have not known. Bless her heart. I knew Debra for a while. A couple of years ago when I was making all the fleece scarves , I got a request from her that she would like one. I was a bit taken back but something told me to make her one with the butterfly design that she liked and and I mailed it to her and she thanked me and later I found out that she was dieing and I would tell her to keep warm in her fleece scarf and now I'm glad I did it for her.
