In contrast to Caroline's cold weather. My weather is n beautiful now and my change next week. Here is my garden, I did cover it 2 nights to protect it from frost, and even thought I had a rough start, my tomatoes look great because I started making my own compost. I get the greens from the local grocery store and we cut down a tree (cardboard works too), and then my tomatoes took off! My neighbor's tree has grown since I had a garden in this spot, and now shades most of my yard so I have to move the garden next year. I learned a lot and I am most proud of what my compost does! Yeah!

Thank you! I hope they have time to ripen on the vine before the hard freeze comes.

Of course there are stories as to why I ripped up my yard... I am so happy to be learning... now can I retain it. Lol!

We compost and call it black gold for the plants. Works great. I have been doing it for years! I have two compost bins. Nice plants! Suzanne
