I have a lot of potholders i bought at the dollar store and i thought i would turn them into Christmas towels .The designs are from http://www.designsbysick.com/and there is 10 in this set .I am using up my leftover 2 inches pieces from my c/mas socks:):).Thanks for LQQKING Hugs Carolyn

Job well done, I love the way you added the potholder to the top. I have seen other ways where they button on the top. How are your potholders kept closed around the over door?

Oh, I get it now, mine buttoned at the top and were stitched throught the middle of the pot holder, yours must be stitched at one end of the pot holder...great idea... Thanks

yes i cut the towel in 2 serged the edges so it won't fray .Gathered it up then sewed it on on the same line that's on the potholder .hugs

Wonderful towels.. I wish we had your dollar shops over here we have to pay around $5 Australian and up, I'm thinking I'll have to but pre quilted fabric and make my own..
