These look great, Carolyn...and it could be the poly cotton...
I just love Christmas stockings. Amy and I made a few last year in hessian - only thing with them is that there are fibres everywhere! Love your patchwork ones. Love Chris
I have that same problem often...the wrinkling. Am told to use more stabilizer...but that hasn't corrected it. Hadn't thought about the poly/cotton being the problem! The stockings are lovely!! Lots of work in them!!
Despite the using the poly cotton...They are Stunning!!!!
Look good Carolyn. I think that you can blame the 'poly' in the poly-cotton for your wrinkly bit, as it will not 'give' at all when you stitch.
Leaha...is how you spell my name.... :-P these are so very cute, neat idea to use up scraps of Christmas fabric. I'll have to try this out. OOOPPPSSS now you won't make me one :-( Hugs
just cut a 26 inch square and start the shape till you get what you like is how i began LEAHA!!!hahaha
good for you! I am glad that your stockings are selling so well this early! just imagine how many more you can do before it is really here!~hugs~
