You can find all the pricing on PayPal to use with your Etsy store. I opted for the micro-payments option because most of my goods will be less than $10. I don't have my store set up yet - hope to some day.

I have used Paypal in the past at least 'till I lost all my passwords, I never had to pay Paypal anything whoever you are buying from absorbs the cost. I like using them never had any problems 'till I lost my PW. Now I've changed banks and Paypal tell me they do not recognize my Credit Union./Lillian

here is what I found on their site
Receiving money – Personal payments:

It's free to receive money from friends or family in the U.S. when they send the money from the PayPal website using only their PayPal balance or their bank account, or a combination of their PayPal balance and bank account.

If you receive a personal payment made from a debit card or credit card, the sender has the option to pay the fee or pass it on to you. If you don't want to pay the fee, you can choose not to accept the payment.

If the fee is passed to you, it is 2.9% plus $0.30 USD of the amount you receive. For example, if you are sent $100.00 USD by credit card, the fee would be $3.20 USD ($2.90 + $0.30).

That's the reason some sites set a minimum of for instance $5. The 3% is one thing, but on $1 items those 30 cents hurt.
