another UFO finished. 2008 started this project called Winter Woollies by Rachel Pellman, needs a good press from the back I would imagine. I have never worked with wool before so I thought that I should ask first. In case I ought not too do the front side in case the heat from the iron shrinks it? the one has lost his hat in the wind storm? that's my story lol

Very cute! I don't know about the ironing bit. If you have any fabric left over, you could make a little square and try pressing it to see what happens.

A beautiful wall hanging!! have you thought about clipping some tablecloth weights on the bottom edge it may help straighten it up a bit

It looks great and the story of the lost hat sounds very plausible. I actually love him missing it.
Use a moist pressing cloth if you have to do it at the front. It might get better just by letting it hang for a few days.
