Problem with resizing that much is that any tiny fault in the design is multiplied too and might be a visible error in the larger size. So testing is really important.
I got a mail about WTS Pro and had a look. It seems a great improvement on WTS as it offers all sorts of customising tools the free version does not offer. I have enough software as it is, so I did not buy it and can't give more info than you find in their description.
Digitizers recommend 20%, but the new programs allow more, some sad much as 200%. They also change the stitch count and underlay if you want or not. Be sure to test stitch when you resize that much. Hugs. Nan W
I used to use WTS but did not like it and bought Sew What Pro instead. It does everything I need.
I don't have Wilcom TrueSizer Pro, but I do use Artista software from Bernina and I can resize 100% on designs digitized with the Artista Program. I have resized my fonts up to 500%, but again it was the native font to this program. Not all digitizing is equal, so I would certainly test anything I was going to resize that amount.
I haven't bought it yet.I have Husqvarna 4D Extra which was good for me but with a new pc running windows 8 I couldn't get it to work probably even with help from Husqvarna , so I bought a new hard drive for the old pc which runs Vista but still had problems with hasp key.I put it on my husbands pc & it worked but his pc has been since , set back to its factory settings.
So this is $89 where as the newest up date for the 4D Extra is over $1,000 .
I was also under that impression... will be interesting to find out..
