Has anyone used Garcinia Cambogia for weight loss? It was mentioned by Dr. Oz. I would like first hand knowledge of its success. So, if anyone has tried it please respond. Also I hear there are benefits for high cholesterol. My cholesterol is way high and the meds for it have so many side effects. I'm grasping at straws. Thanks

I have heard reports that this drug is very dangerous, so I have avoided purchasing diet products that contain it, but, like everything, you should do your homework and read everything you can find on it before making up your own mind.

As for high cholesterol I can and do recommend taking NATURAL Psyllium husk on a daily basis.
I, my sister and both her daughters, all take Psyllium every day and in each of us our cholesterol has lowered and stayed low, without taking any other cholesterol reducing medications.
I sprinkle three teaspoons on my breakfast cereal every morning, as do my two nieces but they only use 1 teaspoonful. My sister mixes her, 1 teaspoon dose in a full glass of juice and drinks it down.
It thickens very quickly when liquid is added so I don't like drinking it, I just add more milk to my cereal.

Psyllium is also a natural remedy for constipation. You can even use it in cooking to add fibre to your diet.
