Patchwork covered notebook - or needlebook. The second picture shows the whole cover and the third is to try to show how the inside works. This one has paper pages but could just as easily be fabric.

I love this variation! It's great fun to play with the shapes, don't you agree. I made quite a few, but not with paper inserts. Great idea.
