Bless you for your kind and hard work for the shelter!! It is a shame they are necessary...wish they all could have forever homes....Your princess is gorgeous and her markings are incredible!
Have to do some for my rabbits. They love it warm and cosy too and I'm sure they could find a pea :o)
Greetings, Bettina
lol! I think she's taken possession of the them. Nice work and very generous!
Dear Vida,
I like yours better than the one shown at the website. I love all the colour combinations you've chosen. Love Chris
Well it looks like you cat scan went well....nothing to worry about they can go to the shelter.....lol Well done.
Some spoiled cats are just ore spoiled than other spoiled cats, speaking from experience. Have you told him/her that the beds are leaving?
I just spent four hours in the veggie garden with my cat supervisor. Sugartoes checks my work between naps and baths and chasing an occasional bird.
Too cute! I thought of the pea just before I read all of your article!
She looks like a princess, and I'm sure she is treated like one!
this is a lovely thing that you are doing for the Humane Society. ~hugs~
Good idea and they do look comfy. Our cats prefer unmade beds and are very upset when you move them to make it. Hugs
It looks like Princess Mocha, QC is on the job and doing a fine job. I love the idea of making the pet beds for the animal shelters. Great job!
Very nice! And quality tested and approved... I'm sure they will be very grateful for these.
:-) Too cute - my Petey always manages to find the most comfy spot in the house. I'd love to know more details on how you make these - they would be a wonderful gift to our Humane Shelter. Dee
They are made with 2 hand towels and 1/2" high loft batting in between. I just sew around the edges and then quilt about 4" apart. The size is about 15" x 25" and they fit perfectly into the kennels in the shelter. I buy the towels from the Dollar Store so can make a whole bunch for fairly cheap. Here is a site with a similar idea. http://www.milomade.co.uk/blog/20...
It's wonderful that you make these. Every house pet I know loves these kind of beds.
I have given quite a number away to friends and family as well. Each of the fur babies love them and spend hours curled up in comfort on them.
Very nice and she knows great color when she sees it.
She loves all the quilts I make too. She tests each one out as soon as the binding has been finished.
These are a nice gift for the shelter.... How do you make them?
Mocha is beautiful... it's nice to have her to give a stamp of approval!

Excellent pet beds! I think she approves and is a princess regardless of whether she finds the pea or not!
Thanks - I have made abut 100 of these so far and all the animal shelters I give them to just love them because they can be washed and re-used.
