Wow! very impressive.
I know that "edge of my seat" feeling! Glad to hear that you found a winning combination. The angel will be lovely wherever you put it!
Stunning Angel!! Now you have the metallic thread bug!! Great job!
Yes I do and already thinking Christmas. Only 2 thirds of the year remaining.
That's lovely, well done.
Very nicely done. ~hugs~
Beautifully done. Did you use a special needle? I've heard you have to use one.
I used schmetz Metallic needle 80/12 and I used a Thread stand. I've read that slowing down speed helps but I couldn't find how to do that on my machine so I used the default settings and it came out fine. Hope that helps.
Now keep going their sew easy right???hugs
Absolutely! I've got a lot of years to make up.
She looks gorgeous! I also stitched these Angels in metallic thread (both silver and gold), and was just as nervous as you were watching them come to life. Bejoschia's designs are quite well digitized, and turn out beautifully. I showed my Angels to a friend, and several of them seemed to mysteriousy disappear.
I agree that Bejoschia's designs are well digitised. I'm glad I started with their designs.
beautiful. I haven't used the Metallic yet and I would be nail-biting too!
I encourage you to try! It has taken me years to try and I don't expect future metallic designs will work out as well as my first but now I'm not so intimated.
She turned out just beautiful! Great job!
She's a beauty!
