Another afternoon @ the Brain Injury Association & today we had a fun day making fondant Easter Eggs. Dear Hubby can't wait to eat it! I used to do cakes some time ago so alot of that came back to me, but I squished the sides bringing it home sigh..............

OMG no chance this is all sugar! & dark chocolate. YUK hubby can't wait to eat it & I am happy to let him LOL. It is very heavy too
