I bought the cobbler aprons from a catalog company. They were very inexpensive. The Anthony Richards catalog has them but they all have a print design on them. You could buy one and use it for a pattern. Hope this helps. Helene
20661What a terrific idea - and an apron doesn't cover as much - I always dirty my shirt with splashes. My solution is not to cook if I can help it, but unfortunately, my hubby likes to eat at least one good meal a day - so it is off to the stove and cooking dinner for the night.

I was looking for a pattern also, I went to Wal Mart and found one too small, so I bought it and am planing to make my own pattern. If you do find a pattern I would like to know.

Thank you shirlener88. I have a business license to make things and sell them from my home but find that 98% of my projects go to family and friends as gifts. You are right. It makes me feel good to know they appreciate it. Helene

I found that when I wore an apron I still managed to splash things on my shirts so the Cobbler Apron took care of that. I also wear it when I am dressed to go somewhere and have to eat breakfast or lunch before I go. If I forget you can be sure I will drip something on my clothes. Helene

I have very little time to spend in my sew room so I try to save as much time as possible. Anthony Richard catalog has them but they all have a design on them.
