Place Mat #5 for Mother-in-Law

This is actually also a thread velvet design that came with my machine, but I don't think I am going to slice the flower centers open as this is going to be washed.
I used red for the applique. I am not sure it's the best color, but it looks fine. I decided to have a pop of color.

Love your placemats I have this design of yours also, there is just not enough hours in the day to create everything on my ever extending to do list

What a lovely placemat you've done. If you'd want to you could do a test of it on another fabric to slice & wash it to allow to bloom. Thanks for sharing it. :~D
