Nice and stylish for a young one and the fabric helps hold it on and makes the plastic band more comfortable.

The headband is done in 2 hoopings you need a 5'x7' hoop
There is a small folded opening at the back (where my fingers are) for the plastic headband to go. I purchased mine on ebay. The designs come with full picture instructions
