This is the first of three pieces of a purse I've designed for myself, to go with a dress with a pink and black floral pattern; it's stitched out onto black suedette and it's driven me NUTS! I will have to find another digitising program because the number of jump stitches in this one is unbelievable and there's no sense to the order it stitched out! It also broke three needles whilst sewing the silver dots in the middle of the larger flowers (which don't show up well in the scan) - when I do the other pieces I am going to leave the silver out and add it by hand afterwards. I'll post a picture of the finished purse when it's done.

Another thing, if you broke 3 needles stitching the dots in the center of the large flower, your stitches for the dots are probably too dense.

This looks nice. Did you use click to design? You did not digitized this manually? If you do, you can eliminate all the unnecessary jump stitches and do it so it stitches out in order.Have you a resequence tool on your digitizer? If you have you can use that to get some order, but not eliminate the jump stitches.

OOOPS, meant to give you a flower.

Oh, I just remembered,You use the customizer to digitize , don't you. That is probably why you have very little control over the jump stitches and the order and density of your designs.

beautiful handbag, well worth the time and effort. Try replacing the silver centres with small silver pearls or no. 11 irridecent silver centre seed beads, cheaper and less frustrating than breaking needles.

Now why didn't I think of that? And it will simplfy the digitising too! Thank you!
