Shirlene, I Have missed what's been happening but from a comment below & from going to Florida last Sept to help my daughter pack & finding out her rights we packed. her husband signed the paper to let her bring her son to Aussie at the last minute. The house is also in my daughters name so she can go back anytime she wants he can't change the locks without giving her a key. but yes he can sell anything that is in the house so get a police escort & get what is yours & put into storage. I don't want to scare you but I must advise you to try and get your possessions, any way you can, or, like me, you may find them sold off if you leave them where they are. We women need to have our things around us, they are our emotional support and our links to the past, with all the memories attached.
I am so terribly sorry that things have come to this, after all you have been through. I wish I could do more for you but you have my prayers and support and my belief that life will get better for you, you will find your way and you will overcome this adversity.
